Anthro Apparel is a US-based furry clothing distributor dedicated to working with small artists to create fun and unique clothing. We work with independent, lesser-known artists to showcase the best and most unique designs that the fandom has to offer.
Shipping
Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are currently working on shipping to the EU, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and Liechtenstein and should be ready to ship to these locations soon! Sign up for our email list if you wish to be notified when we begin shipping to these countries :3
Returns
Q: How can I return an item?
A: Items can be exchanged for other items from our shop within 14 days of purchase and provided that the item you wish to return is in the same condition as it was received, has not been through the wash, and is in a "sellable" condition. Please use the "Contact" form to get in touch with us to initiate this process. For returns, depending on where you are located we may not be able to provide pre-paid return labels, you will have to cover the initial shipment cost yourself, but we will attempt to reimburse you for the shipment.
Q: How would I return an item that is defective?
A: Using the "Contact" page, please send details and photographs of the defective product and we will provide further information on the return process. A defective product includes misprints or incorrect item shipments. We can provide exchange and refund options for customers with confirmed defective products that contact us within 30 days of receipt of their shipment.
